*Delegates registering at the student rate must be full-time students enrolled at a tertiary institution. Students must submit a letter from their supervisor defining their student status and include a copy of their current student card when registering for the Meeting. Supporting documentation is to be emailed to the Meeting Managers at ich@theconferencecompany.com

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. If you cancel your registration on or prior to 24 May 2019 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD$75. Cancellations made after that date are non-refundable.
